Oltre a scrivere articoli e contributi, sono anche Tecnico Assaggiatore Salumi (ONAS) e Sommelier FISAR . Ho conseguito diverse certificazioni non solo in Italia ma anche a Londra e a Parigi che mi permettono oggi di lavorare come Guida Enoturistica orientata soprattutto all'accoglienza di turisti stranieri e a Wine Tours approfonditi. La mia attività in ambito enogastronomico si completa con quella di Food Photography appena lanciata, grazie ad un Master appena svolto presso l'Italian Food Academy.
/ Alongside my work as a writer, I am certified Cured Meat Taster (ONAS) and a FISAR Sommelier. I have obtained different certifications not just in Italy but also in London and Paris, which today allow me to work as a Wine tourism Guide, with a particular focus on hosting international visitors and leading in-depth wine tours. My work in the food and wine sector is completed by Food Photography, recently launched after a Master at the Italian Food Academy.
